Chef Ivan Simeoli, established Laboratorio Pizza as a tribute to his native city of Naples. Prior to this, he has been the Executive Chef Patron of Italiku and collaborated at Osteria 60 at Baglioni Hotel. Ivan created the Osteria 60’s Fine Dining Italian Menu, that was awarded one rosette in AA Guide, after only 4 months of public opening. He has also been the Head Chef at The Wallace Collection in London, and Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy.
An avid traveller and enigmatic restauranteur Ivan has pioneered start-up restaurants, in partnership with the Irish restaurateur Oliver Payton, from BBC’s Great British Menu.
